Role : Business Development Consultant
  • We are a Talent Acqisition and Recruitment Solutions and Services Company based our of Hyderabad. 
  • We are looking for passinoate individuals who have a flair for sales and business development to expand our footprint. 
  • Our Solutions and Services have a direct cost savings of upto 60-70% when compared to the reguler recruitment models hence  are easy to propose and deliver the ROI.
The following is the Brief Job Description :
  • The role requires the candidates to work with start ups, small and mid sized companies to propose our cost effective recruitment solutions and services. 
  • Identify potentail customers by by physical visits, cold calling and internet research.Engage and present the solutions based on the company need.
  • Track and follow up the lead to the logical closure.Onboard the client and handhold for initial period.
  • Do a periodic Customer Feedback call / survey of the onboadred customers.Resolve any potontial service / customer satiisfaction issue by working with the stakeholders.
Pre-Requisites (Educational Qualification &Experience): 
  • Experience 0-2 years Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization) 
  • Excellent  Communication skills & Negotiation skills Candidates should be well versed with the local language and should know the topology of Hyderabad. 
  • Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work Should possess a 2 / 4 wheeler. .
