Summary:
- The BDE should provide Pre & Post Sales
activities including Technical & Commercial advice to prospects about the
entire range of our products.
- Should be the key point of contact for clients answering
all the queries related to existing products and also participate actively in introducing
new products.
- Interface with customers and perform
analysis of their business challenges, uses and functional requirements.
- Should
be able to follow the business processes, standard operating procedures, workflows
and other related functions, designs and accomplishes product presentations &
demonstrations

Typical responsibilities of the job
include:
- Providing
Pre & Post Sales service
- Identifying
and establishing new business
- Liaising
with existing clients & explore opportunities for further business
- Preparing
tenders, proposals and quotations
- Negotiating
contracts, terms and conditions
- Reviewing
cost and sales performance
- Writing
reports and sales literature
- Providing
product education and advice
- Attending
trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Ensuring
that sales targets are met
Required Experience, Skills and
Qualifications
BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE &
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /
IT Engineering - Required. Preferable to have Management degree with
specialization in Sales / Marketing.
- 2+ years of field Pre / Post Sales
Technical / Commercial Support experience in the field of Embedded Hardware, Networking Products, Messaging & Security Software products of
which at least 1 year experience on field is Preferred but not mandatory
