What You Should Have?
1. 0-1 year of experience in demand generation through various channels, qualification, appointment setting, email marketing, demo products
2. Would love to be part of a high-technology startup based in India
3. Great communicator over the phone, email, and LinkedIn
4. Consultative selling skills are a plus
5. Would be ready to learn best-in-class sales processes and have the ambition to grow fast
What will you get to do?
1. Prospecting Indian geography.
2. Targeting enterprises via an outbound sales motion.
3. Prospecting CTO/ CIO/ VP Engineering/ IT heads/ CISO/ Head of DevOps for potential opportunities.
4. Conducting market research based on the company ICP.
5. Creating a personalized and customized pitch for the customer.
6. Reaching out to them through LinkedIn, email, and phone to set up an in-depth discussion with our solution.
7. Maintaining hygiene in CRM.
Skills Required: -
1. English proficiency (spoken and written)
2. Lead generation is a plus
3. Cold calling is a plus
4. Market research is a plus
Compensation: -
Probation for 6 months- 15k
PPO After 6 months- 4 to 6 LPA (based on the performance)
