Job Description

Role Description:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven business development executive with great communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales plans, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and skillfully negotiating contracts. If you have a proven track record in sales, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, we invite you to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online marketing.

- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.

- Contract Negotiation: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills while closing deals and finalizing contracts.

- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the sales cycle from initiation to successful closure.

- Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends.

- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and trends.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline to ensure a streamlined and efficient process.

- Progress Reporting: Provide regular and comprehensive reports on sales progress to the management team.

Qualification:

BSc (IT) or Msc (IT),B.Tech, BBA or MBA ( MBA Marketing Preferred )

• Proficient in English (Spoken + Written).

• Previous experience with international business development is must.

• Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
