Designation: Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be contributing to introducing the use of VR in education as an individual role, working in the team.

You would be showcasing the fotonVR to students and parents, describing how virtual tours can enhance fundamental understanding of science. You will be responsible for sales in your designated zone.

Preferred Skill Sets: 

• Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the pain of parents and the Indian education sector. 
• You should be interested in mentoring and guiding students
• Having an ability for sales, Good interpersonal and presentation skills. 

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation (Completed in or before 2020)

The BDE working Environment: 

In the vast majority of cases due to COVID-19 outbreak, BDEs will be doing ‘WORK FRO HOME’ for training and meeting, you have to be present at the office. They are expected to update the entire day's activities through our CRM and work according to the timelines. We at fotonvr focus on giving skillful training, you will get all possible support in learning and earning. The company will start work from the office upon requirement.

Contracting Vs Permanent Positions: Once you decide to join us, you will be hired as a Trainee for a period of 6 weeks. The decision of management regarding extension or termination of services depends upon your performance. During the training period, your basic pay shall be fixed at Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen thousand only) and on completion of the training period, you shall be paid as per your Annual CTC.

Working Days:

Fixed off on Tuesdays

Salary Slab:

For BDE

Fixed CTC 3.6 LPA + Incentive + Booster 

Monthly Salary: CTC 30000 ( In hand 28000) + Incentive + Booster 

For Senior BDE

Fixed CTC 4.8 to 6 LPA + Incentive + Booster

Training: All selected candidates will be part of a 6 weeks training process. Training is divided into two parts 1. One week classroom training (now online) 2. 5 weeks on the job training

Under the Business Development Trainee profile, you will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000 during training ( additional performance incentives will be paid).

Upon successful completion of training and clearing the company's expected parameters, candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) or Senior BDE

You will have weekly targets to achieve, consistent failure to achieve them will result in job cancellation. Aiming small is a crime, work big or stay home.
