We are looking for an enthusiastic BDE to contribute in generating Leads for our company, who would be responsible for contacting international customers over phone to get in the leads and maintain good customer relationships.
An effective BDE must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
Ø Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Ø Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Ø Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Ø Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Ø Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Ø Keep records of calls, and note useful information
Ø Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Ø Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a products and services
Ø Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close leads
Ø Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Ø Enter and update customer information in the database
Ø Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Ø Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Ø complete call logsandproduce call reports
Ø identify and escalate priority issues
Skills/ Experience Required
Ø One year of valid experience as Business Development Executive / Customer Support Executive
Ø Should have Excellent communication skills along with active listening and convincing power
Ø Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ø Should have Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ø Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
Ø Should be good at analyzing problem and problem solving
Ø customer service orientation
Ø Should have organizational skills with attention to detail
Ø Should be Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Ø Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software / Microsoft office like work excel PowerPoint outlook)
Ø High school diploma, B.sc, BA, BBA, Mass communication or any other relevant degree
Ø Only Female candidates preferred
