Job Role and Deliverables:
· To handle Residential Sales for the project allocated
· Conduct Client Visits, manage Walk In Clients at the Sales centre.
· Walkthrough of the entire project/ plans/ layout & Explanation of Features & Benefits of the Project
· Handling any queries regarding the project/ milestones/ payments
· Explaining the process of Bookings, agreement and registration to Prospective Buyers
· Internal Coordination with Sales Head for dealing with exceptions/ objections if any
· Continuous follow up with the prospective Clients till closure.
· Contribute in exhibitions for promoting sales.
· Explore new sales opportunities through client references.
· Maintaining good relationship with customers pre and post sales.
· Maintaining accurate records - Lead, site visit, customer profile
· Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports to the business head.
