Roles and Responsibilities:

• Will be involved in client acquisitions or business development will have to bring in new client who have recruitment and staffing requirements.
• Should have the ability to contact and speak to the HR heads of organization and give them an introduction about the company.
• Should convince client to give their requirements on a regular basis and maintain a good rapport with the client.
• Should be capable of interacting with senior management, Directors, Business heads etc and get recruitment requirements from them.
• Should be willing to work on both IT and Non IT Requirements.
• Should have a computer, internet connection and phone required.
• Should be willing to work to put in minimum 5 to 6 hours of work daily.
• Immediate requirement. if short listed you will need to start work immediately or within a week.
• Recruiters need to be professional, self motivated and capable of working without being monitored.
• No fixed monthly payment will be done offered.
• Payment will be through incentive or commission basis.
• Work from home option
