We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager,
who have prior experience in Selling,Marketing & Advertising Agency,
Should be able to handle end to end sales responsibilities and close deals with clients, Ability to learn quickly and apply critical thinking to daily tasks, Strong interest and domain knowledge in Advertising & Marketing Aptitude for multitasking.


Responsibilities :

1. Firstly Researching and Qualifying/Prospecting potential target market.

2. Making outbound phone calls and email contact with potential prospects to book new business meetings, Pitching the Services, and its features to the prospected clients and closing the deal.

3. Maintaining a strong relationship with clients by being the face of the company. / Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationship.

4. Undertake whatever is needed for sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays, etc.


Pre-requisites :

1. Graduate or undergraduate not a problem, as far as your able to do what is needed of this position.

2. Experience in B2B sales with Clients, Preferably should have good established track record of closing sales deals previously.

3. Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs, proactive, and a self-motivated individual with effective time management skill.

4. Should be entrepreneurial and self driven.

5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay-Scale
Your salary will be on commission basis not on fixed basis:

1. We have a motivational profit-sharing agreement thats Between 20-30% for each sales.
( Detailed remuneration scale will be mentioned in mail. )

2. On achieving sales consistently for 3 months, Freelancer will be confirmed to permanent hires at the discretion of the company
