Roles and Responsibilities:
· Conduct field visits to engage potential customers and promote the company’s products.
· Research the target market and identify prospective clients.
· Attend face-to-face meetings with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences and to effectively close sales deals.
· Demonstrate products and services as required by clients and management.
· Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary, optimizing time management for maximum efficiency.
· Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns.
· Ensure comprehensive product knowledge among oneself and fellow sales team members through various resources.
· Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
· Collaborate closely with the sales manager to meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
· Accurately input all sales-related data into the company system for record-keeping and analysis.
· Follow up with past customers to encourage repeat business and cross-sell additional products.
· Offer assistance and support to other members of the sales team as needed.
· Pursue leads generated by other departments to capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
· Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualities Required:
· Demonstrated passion for excelling in the field of marketing and sales.
· Self-motivated and highly organized individual with excellent time management skills.
· Possesses creativity, self-confidence, enthusiasm, and a polite demeanor.
· Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
· Must have a valid bike license and own mode of transportation.
