Job description:

• Understanding the requirements of the client & providing services as required.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints.

• Follow up on customer interactions.

• Manage & update customers' accounts on a daily basis.

• Converting leads into business.

• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.

• Record details of actions taken.

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, maintaining good rapport with the clients of the company.

Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Degree

• Experience: 1 year 

Must have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Self-driven with proven leadership qualities and ability

• People people who would love to meet and greet people

• Should know how to maintain a relationship

• Good selling skill
