Urgently hiring Business Development Executives (Bangalore) for one of the largest e-commerce organizations, with PAN India presence (largest in the e-Grocery segment).

Business Development Executives (B2C)
Job Role

Reporting to the Business Development Manager of the respective region / Location
Identify, develop & manage strategic tie-ups with apartment complexes to grow the business.
Working as per the B2C sales plan, acquire customers by driving BTL Activities with the objective of onboarding customers in the system (APP download & Wallet recharge)
Get involved in the community-focused launch plan of the company's services.
Develop visibility and contacts in the community & apartment associations. Work involves everyday visits to Apartment Complexes for a major portion of work hours, promoting digital platforms (Mobile App).

Mandatory Requirements:

Bike (or any 2Wheeler) & Valid DL
Good communication skills in English
Smartphone
Basic Computer knowledge
Willingness & Ability / Experience in Field Sales.
Must be comfortable in different working shifts.
Valid AADHAR No. (ability to generate e-aadhar).
Confidence, commitment, and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently.

Age: Below 30 Yrs.

Qualification: 10 (Secondary) & above.

Experience: Min. 1 yr. in B2C Sales preferably in Field / Direct Sales. SMART FRESHERS ARE WELCOME.

Work Locations: Bangalore

Shifts: As per business requirements. Candidate needs to be flexible and willing to work on break shifts.

Working Days: 6 Days

Weekly Off: Rotational (as per team workplan, Weekends are working days)

Compensation

Fixed Pay - CTC up to 4 LPA
