Business Development Executives (B2C)
Job Role- Reporting to the Business Development Manager of the respective region / Location
- Identify, develop & manage strategic tie-ups with apartment complexes to grow the business.
- Working as per the B2C sales plan, acquire customers by driving BTL Activities with the objective of onboarding customers in the system (APP download & Wallet recharge)
- Get involved in the community-focused launch plan of the company's services.
- Develop visibility and contacts in the community & apartment associations. Work involves everyday visits to Apartment Complexes for a major portion of work hours, promoting digital platforms (Mobile App).
Mandatory Requirements:- Bike (or any 2Wheeler) & Valid DL
- Good communication skills in English
- Smartphone
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Willingness & Ability / Experience in Field Sales.
- Must be comfortable in different working shifts.
- Valid AADHAR No. (ability to generate e-aadhar).
- Confidence, commitment, and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently.
Age: Below 30 Yrs.
Qualification: 10 (Secondary) & above.
Experience: Min. 1 yr. in B2C Sales preferably in Field / Direct Sales. SMART
FRESHERS ARE WELCOME.
Work Locations: Bangalore
Shifts: As per business requirements. Candidate needs to be flexible and willing to work on break shifts.
Working Days: 6 Days
Weekly Off: Rotational (as per team workplan, Weekends are working days)
Compensation- Fixed Pay - CTC up to 4 LPA
