Business Development Executive
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded DocsApp, Following up with them and converting them into sales.
- Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information.
- Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets
Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Team player.
- Experience in HealthCare domain will be preferred.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of MS office.
