We are currently hiring a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth efforts. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
Appointing and managing distributors: Taking complete ownership of identifying, appointing, and managing distributors to expand our market reach. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with distributors and ensuring their ongoing success.
B2C and B2B sales: Driving both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives. This involves prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with potential customers across various channels to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Internal coordination: Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies. You will be the key liaison, aligning all aspects within the organization to support effective sales and distribution efforts.
Market research and analysis: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs. Your insights will guide strategic decision-making and help shape our overall business development approach.
Performance tracking and reporting: Monitoring sales performance, distributor performance, and market trends. You will be responsible for generating regular reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize business development strategies.
