Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by proactively prospecting, identifying, and closing deals with domestics & International SMEs & Enterprises. Manage end to end communications of sales activities in CRM tool to reflect latest updates.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of SMEs & Enterprise companies. Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
Presentation Skills: Conduct compelling and persuasive product presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions & services. Customize presentations based on the specific needs and requirements of each client.
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and propose tailored solutions to meet their educational technology requirements.
Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, technology and competitors in IT industry. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets. Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to bring in new practices and ideas to improve sales process and productivity.
Profile Qualification:
BE/B.Tech (IT/ CSE) will be preferred or equivalent with relevant qualification.
Candidates with 1 - 3 years’ experience only need to apply for this position.
Experience in B2B IT Service or product/ solution sales is a must.
Candidate having International client exposure and MBAs will be preferred.
Fluent in English with Good Communication & Writing is must.
Passion for sales, team player, collaborative and flexible in working hours.
Able to work independently & quick learner.
Ready to learn new technologies, process and adapt company's strategic execution goals.
