Urgently hiring Business Development Executives one of the largest e-commerce companies (A TATA Group Enterprise) with PAN India presence (largest in the e-Grocery segment) and offers professional and congenial working & professional growth conditions.
Job Role
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager of the respective region / Location
- Identify, develop & manage strategic tie-ups with apartment complexes to grow the business.
- Working as per the B2C sales plan, acquiring customers by driving BTL Activities with the objective of onboarding customers in the system (APP download & Wallet recharge)- Confidence, commitment, and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently.
- Get involved in the community-focused launch plan of the company's services.
- Develop visibility and contacts in the community & apartment associations. Work involves everyday visits to Apartment Complexes for a major portion of work hours, promoting digital platforms (Internet / App).
Mandatory Requirements:-
- Bike (or any 2Wheeler) & Valid DL- Smartphone
- Basic Computer knowledge- Willingness & Ability / Experience in Field Sales.- Must be comfortable in different working shifts.- Valid AADHAR No. (ability to generate e-aadhar).
Qualification: Preferably Graduate. Smart undergraduates will also be considered.
Age: Below 30 Yrs. (35 Yrs. for people with good experience)
Experience: Min. 1 yr. in B2C Sales preferably in Field Sales. Smart Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
Shifts: As per business requirements.
The candidate needs to be flexible and willing to work on break shifts. No Night Shifts
Working Days: 6 Days a week
Weekly Off: Rotational (as per teamwork plan, Weekends are working days)
