Job Role Description:
• To generate quality leads that result in sales
• Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals
• Make presentations to clients and close sales
• Build good relationships with potential and existing clients
• Work with team to achieve sales performance targets
• Oversee projects to completion
Developing and implementing B2B sales strategy, market mapping and targeting the North
American & European market.
• Meet with business targets set by the company for the accounting year on a monthly basis and
ensure steady collections of orders throughout the year
Job Competency:
1. Sales skills - Minimum 1 year proven sales experience in any industry.
Excellent oral and
written communication skills; Ability to engage and influence a client; Effective in handling
rebuttals and objections; Thinking on the feet
2. Business domain expertise: In-depth expertise of MS- Office tool. Knowledge of North
American & European market will be an added advantage.
3. Business development : Planning innovative sales strategy to achieve established targets;
Effective time management to align sales efforts with sales targets; Mentoring and quality
management; Ability to handle entire accounts
4. Ownership and commitment: Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for
tasks and initiatives.
5. Meticulous: Attention to detail in planning and communication is an asset.
