Job Description

Mastree is an online tutoring solution that aims to strengthen fundamentals of students through proven pedagogical principles in the K-12 space. 

We believe in providing foundational excellence through the ‘Mastery Way of Learning’ with an ecosystem-led approach for students, parents and teachers. 

Our end to end learning experience provides structured & customised content with regular online weekly teaching sessions. Our modules (K12) offer a question led learning with embedded interactive information pieces (videos/gifs/tools etc.) Through our data science engine, we are able to make the students learn in a way they understand the best - as we aim to provide real-time hints, adjust difficulty levels, provide interest (eg. sports) based questions, media format as per their liking, etc.

Business Development Executive

You will begin in an individual contributor's role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Mastree's way of Learning. You will be showcasing the unique Mastree's way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.
  • Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through inbound & outbound customer calls.
  • Regular follow-ups with new and existing customers.
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to make sure objectives are met.
  • Update and create tailored client proposals.
  • Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.

Preferred Skill Sets

  • 0-1 years of experience in Inside Sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets.
  • Having a knack for sales.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi.
