We are seeking a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive.

You will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential customers. You will also be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to purchase orders.  

Furthermore, you should be comfortable working in a stressful environment and demonstrate excellent sales skills. You should also be maintaining accurate records of all the customers for future reference.   

As an ideal candidate, you should make sure that you offer outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. You should possess a phenomenal ability to communicate with customers efficiently.  

Responsibilities  

·       Understanding the products and services offered by the company.  

·       Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.  

·       Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.  

·       Updating the database with all the customer information.  

·       Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.  

·       Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.  

·       Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.  

·       Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.  

·       Providing excellent customer service to the customers.  

·       Answering customers' questions in regard to products and services.
