Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Business Development Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone cold calls to achieve sales targets. The Business Development ’s responsibilities include receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
Objectives of the role:
To create awareness about the services offered by the company and generate leads for increased margin of profit.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call existing/potential customers to explain about services to generate sales/revenue for the organization
- To utilize inbound/outbound calls to increase sales
- To share and record accurate information of communication with customers to update database
- Answer questions regarding services to ensure customer requirements
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements.
- Develop and sustain relationships with customers to encourage long term business.
- Meet/exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
Professional Experiences
- Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Min 1 to 2 years of Proven experience working as a Tele Sales executive or customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferably Female
- Languages like Hindi, English is a must
- Immediate joiner preferred
