We are looking for a Business Development Executive for our Hebbal branch, who can take care of our inbound sales along with academic counselling.

Your role and responsibilities include:

Student Counseling

· Driving end-to-end business activities from students’ enquiry to course registration.

· Providing one-to-one counselling to students - face to face, over the telephone, or online through chat messages on the best courses available in the institute.

· Helping them to understand the need for the training for their career advancement, guiding them to choose the right courses, and explaining the benefits of job market demand.

· Working closely with students, trainers, and leadership team to improve student outcomes and help students succeed academically and socially during the training and thereafter.

Inbound Lead Management

· Your responsibilities start after the lead generation and it doesn’t involve cold-calling or outbound marketing.

· You need to evaluate the leads, nurture them, communicate and convert the leads to admissions.

· Proper follow up with the students who enquired about the courses, assisting them in the course the registration process, fee collection, and closing sales (Admissions).

· Scheduling demo classes as per the availability of both trainers and students.

· Picking up the telephonic leads, student referrals or leads from other sources and converting them to admissions.

· Updating and maintaining CRM Software, preparing daily/weekly/monthly dashboards along with Front office management.
