Responsibilities:

Meeting with potential students to gauge the requirements and convert them.
Ensuring regular contact with students to maintain our presence.
Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.
Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each student's requirements.
Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each student.
Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with students.
Prompting students to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
Settling students' concerns in a swift and professional manner.
Harnessing internal relationships to better address students' needs and to maximize our profits.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Communication or a similar discipline.
In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
Outstanding verbal and written communication.
Ability to forge profound working relationships.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Incentive :

On Individual Target :

On 80% Ach : 50 Rs Per Candidate
100% Ach : 150 Rs /Candidate
150 % Ach : 200Rs /Candidate

IF Branch Target is achieved

250 Rs/Candidate

Salary: INR 2.5- 3.00 LPA
