Job Description

Designation: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·       Identify Potential Clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.

·       Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

·       Partner with the Sales team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.

·       Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure products are executed on time and as agreed.

·       Become a subject matter expert on our business process and operations and remain up to date on industry news.

·       Procuring new clients through direct contact, word of mouth, and collaboration with internal teams.

·       Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

·       Crafting business proposals and presenting them to clients.

·       Collecting and reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary suggestions.

·       Identifying new revenue opportunities.

·       Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – through social media, phone, email, or meeting in person.

·       Holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.

·       Travel to customers' places and tradeshows to promote the company’s services. 

Desired Candidate Profile

·       Proficiency in MS Office

·       Excellent multitasking skills

·       Ability to prioritize tasks

·       Excellent Verbal and written communications skills

·       Ability to work under pressure

·       Strong customer service skills

·       Ability to build and maintain good relationships with people

·       Real Estate industry experience or knowledge will be an added advantage 

Education & Experience

·       Master’s Degree MBA in Marketing or Business Administration or similar.

·       Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.

·       0-3 years of relevant experience.
