Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Executive for Bangalore location with Experience and Marketing freshers
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales strategy Development and implementation to achieve growth and hit sales targets
Acquisition of New Business and Retention of Existing Business 
Keep a tab on new product and services in the market
Recruit, train and coach (development) sales team 
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Set sales targets and motivate sales team
Prepare and present periodic sales reports
Responsible for day to day activities of your team 
Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole 
Help in smooth running and managing the team 
Delegate authority and responsibility to the sales team 
You must meet your targets as agreed with your reporting official
Vertical - Martech, Mobile Marketing Platform, Sales - Mobile Marketing Platform
