Job Description:

• Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) 
• Location: JP Nagar 
• Salary: Earn up to 15k to 30k per month + Incentive up to 96k per month 
• Timings: 9:45 to 6:00 (Full Time) - Work from Office 
• Qualification: PUC, Graduation
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates in Sales Field are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and businesses to forge new relationships
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
• Present product/service offerings to potential clients and address their inquiries
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
