As a Business Development Executive his/her responsibility will include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
• Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Make cold calls for new & existing business leads
• Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of quotations
• Update CRM system with all customer communications

In regards to the role’s necessity – the candidate must have excellent communication skills in English. Given the demography – it may be difficult to find one such but preference will be given to Fluent & Neutral English Speaker without Mother Tongue Influence.
