Job Responsibilities:
a) Handling inbound sales calls and enquiries received from various sources.
b) Connect with the clients and understand their requirements.
c) Assist the clients with complete product knowledge, its uses and the services it provides.
d)Follow up with the clients through sending bulk emails, SMS and calls.
e) Scheduling the client meetings and appointments based on procedures and also follow up.
f) Coordinate with the supply chain team for the completion of the order.
g) Follow up with the clients and attain appropriate feedback of products.
h) Maintain proper track records of all the leads and potentials in CRM, which would reflect in the CRM dashboard.
i) Carry out CRM data analysis and come up with a smart set of actions to improvise the sales.
j) Screening the market and understand client requirement and trends and generate prospective clients.
k) Should be able to work independently and should report the daily activities to the team lead.
