Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team remotely. As a BDE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
· Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
· Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
· Present our services and solutions effectively to potential clients.
· Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for business development and growth.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 year of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in B2B/B2C sales.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals.
· Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with web and software development services is a plus.
