Job Specific Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in evaluating purchase of Magic Crate, provide product details, explain pricing, handle negotiations & close sale.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Assist customers looking for help on their prior purchase with shipment of box, return issues, missing parts etc.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls (50-70) to potential clients⦁Renew customers looking to buy a new subscription once their previous subscription expires.
  • Constant follow up with customers requesting for a call back & ensure prompt replies
  • Strong drive to deliver monthly sales targets.
  • Co-ordinate with our warehouse team in executing orders, when needed.
  • Consistent performance month on month on sales numbers 
Education / Knowledge / Experience :
  • 1-8 Years experience in Sales.
  • Strong English communication, attitude, drive to perform.
  • Role will have sales targets & more incentives (Around 40,000/Month).
  • Diploma/ Any Bachelors Degree.
