Desired Candidate Profile:

Understanding the Products of the company and developing strategies for growth accordingly
Researching and analyzing the market to find out better business opportunities
Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company in long run
Finding out faults and loop holes in the current business strategies and change them and help in preventing stagnancy in the business by implementing new ideas continuously
Interacting with the higher authorities of the company such as managers and directors and discuss business issues with them
Engaging in discussions with the clients which help them in planning interesting business proposals which can be beneficial for the company and the clients
Preparing presentations for the company that can be present at the trade shows, to the clients, to the employees, conferences, etc.
Maintaining continuous client relationships through client follow-up and responding to their queries
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.
Possess a strong understanding of our services, our competition in the industry and positioning.
Respond to requests, inquiries and/or complaints from both internal and external customers/clients effectively.
Effectively communicate to all levels of an organization Insight’s complete value proposition.

Job Role: Business Development

1. To provide services that will ensure secure digital environment, appropriate cyber defense solutions in India and abroad for electronic/
digital transactions through strong and advanced technology solutions.
2. To carry on the business in India and abroad, of designing, developing, purchase and sale of software and software systems, particularly
in the field of, but not limited to financial, banking, commercial, scientific and research and development applications.
3. To carry on the business in India overseas of importers and exporters of software and software services, development of software,
customization of software, whether designed, developed, purchased or imported and to aid and render necessary services for the import
and clearing of such software systems, know-how and related hardware and equipments.
4. To carry on business relating to managing employees of an organization by providing suitable software and hardware and by assisting
the organisations in recruitment, training and placement of candidates in India or abroad
5. To provide education in HR concepts and Information technologies to people in India or abroad
