Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute strategic plan to achieve sales target & expand Dealer/ Distributor Base/ customer base
  • Lead, develop & drive growth strategies and plans to maximize market share in terms of Dealers, Distributors Network
  • Achieve targets and alignment with Business Plans
  • Handling demand forecasting & managing inventory, ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers & maintain the viability of channel partner by Return on investment 
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
  • Lead regular review meetings with the reporting head to discuss targeted v/s actual achievement of sales figures
  • Assess the marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures
  • Prepare & submit budgets for promotions, gifting items, sales promotion plans.
Candidate Profile:
  • Have tenure of Min 0-2 years of B2C sales, preferably electrical/lights/lighting sales, with a clear record of success with a revenue and profitability growth, and high customer retention
  • Be able to continuously grow the breadth and depth of new and existing client relationships through high-value approach and diverse product offering
  • Have the ability to meet or exceed objectives & annual performance expectations with a focus on increased sales and earnings
  • Have the ability to develop sales and exceed goals that benefit both individual and company
  • Required to effectively keep informed about market trends and how company offerings can best benefit to our clients
  • Promote a culture of integrity, teamwork and respect
  • Drive a culture of innovation, performance metrics and accountability
  • Both two wheeler and two-wheeler license must.
