Overall Position Purpose: Tele -Sales Executive – Acquire new customers, maintain a set of existing customers and generate additional leads by cross selling and building good relationship with customers
To make outbound sales calls to generate new leads from Data Base and existing customers.
Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound calls from customers.
To answer all customer enquiries regarding credit cards , personal loans accurately, consistently, and with confidence. Be strong about Bank policies .
Daily calls report to be submitted Mandatory if not absent will be marked
