Business Development Executives are expected to identify potential clients, develop and maintain relationships, and close deals. You will work closely with the sales team, technical staff, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Present and demonstrate IT solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Work collaboratively with technical staff and project managers to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network and knowledge
Identifying & developing new sales channels and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat business.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the IT industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of IT solutions, services, and industry trends.
Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in using CRM and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed
