Fresher 
15,000 - 25,000 Per Month Ø You need toresearch and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Ø You need to increase revenues, growth in terms of businessexpansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships and making strategic business decisions.
Ø You need to focus on three growth strategies: Market penetration, Market development, Product development.
Ø You need to generate a strong pipeline of leads through your own network.
Candidate Requirements:
ü Proficiency in at least two languages
ü At least 1-1.5 years proven sales experience
ü Communication, Time management, creative and planning skills
ü Ability to manage multi-task
ü Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
ü Understanding the basic financial concept
ü Ability to make presentations
ü Ability to deliver the presentation to the key person and a large group of gathering
ü Good selling skill, Utilizing existing networks and relationships to build new business
ü Ability to work in a team or standalone plus a determination and motivation to exceed targets
ü Ability to learn by observation, intersection and introspection
ü Has a degree of goal orientation
ü Ability to come back with ideas & opportunities which will enable the organization to grow faster
