Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Paytm in Chennai. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to drive digital payments adoption. 
Day-to-day tasks include acquiring new merchants, providing training on digital payment solutions, and building strong relationships to promote Paytm's services.
Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
Knowledge of digital payment solutions and financial services
Ability to work independently and meet Merchants onboarding Target
Freshers are most welcome
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs

Qualification: 10th , 12th and Bachelor's degree holders
