About the role: The ideal Business Development Executive would be Self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in relevant new business to the organization using various mediums and platforms while strategically planning workflow with the ultimate purpose to build lasting relationship with clients.
Knowledge and Skills:
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Identifying and researching opportunities/potential clients in the United States market. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Creating and Maintaining client databases for various purposes in the business process.
Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create opportunities.
Using networks and online research, identify and qualify new leads.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Owning the lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
Ensuring regular follow up for rapport building.
Required Skill:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role working with clients/processes related to the U.S.A.
Experience in the United States Staffing and Consulting industry will be a value add.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.se telephone, email, and internet to connect, build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing partners.
Ability to sell value and create credibility.
Experience in handling Cold Calls and Lead Generation.
Familiarity with Outbound and Inbound Sales.
Experience in searching and identifying appropriate leads via platforms like LinkedIn, Google, etc.
Ability to negotiate with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
