Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with Insurance/Banking. We expect you to have strong skills in sales and business development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Lead conversion: Pitch subscription plans to leads and achieves revenue targets
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any graduation with prior working experience.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in sales
  • Knowledge of productivity tools and software
  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
