Roles & Responsibilities:

  • a)    Drive sales by building and maintaining a strong client base.
  • b)    Optimize marketing materials to increase sales through search engine optimization, mobile apps, social media and other marketing strategies.

  • c)    Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • d)    Solid proven sales process methodology that focuses on tightly matching customer pain / requirements to solution,
  • e)    Understanding and controlling the sales cycle.

  • f)     Proven experience in forecasting and closing to that forecast every quarter
  • g)    Be a credible trusted advisor by speaking at the level of sophisticated direct marketers
  • h)   Intimately know and consistently win against the competition.

  • i)     Daily communication with the Project Management Team
  • j)     Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • k)    Target oriented and customer focus.
  • l)     To act as the front face in building the trust of the product and the brand

  • Educational Qualification: Any degree from a recognized university.    
  • Experience: 2 + years in Brand Marketing/ Corporate Sales/Media Sales
  • Salary: Not a constraint for the suitable candidate
  • Work Location: Coimbatore.

  • 1.    Minimum 2+ years’s proven successful record of sustained quota attainment with past companies
  • 2.    Significant past new business acquisition sales execution hates to lose, love to win mentality
  • 3.    Hungry new business hunter who loves getting into accelerators and can’t live on base alone
  • 4.    Know your customer and focus on their success
  • 5.    Deep Rolodex in the retail and E- Commerce space is helpful
  • 6.    Strong understanding of the entire span of direct marketing requirements, ecosystem and business drivers
  • 7.    Excellent English communication skill.
  • 8.    Speak in clear, organized and logical manner.
  • 9.    Ability to work independently.
  • 10. Candidate should have Two Wheeler with Valid professional driver’s license
  • 11. Should be flexible to travel
  • 12. Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in easy to understand manner
  • 13. Proven track record selling complex marketing solutions
  • 14. Ability to forge and maintain strong and lasting relationships
  • 15. Excellent diagnostic, communication and presentation skills
  • 16. Strong problem-solving skills
  • 17. Proven success in boxing out competition
  • 18. Some travel will be required
