We the POFI looking for passionate sales professionals with prior experience in online B2B software sales preferably high volume. This is an individual contributor role and will report directly to Inside Sales Head - Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute the B2B strategy, handling the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Educate and nurture prospects, conduct demos to onboard new clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client
- questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Handling Live chat, Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans .
- Work collaboratively with the support and product team to improve the product experience.
What we are looking for
- 2-3 years of sales experience of IT Products, SaaS product, Mobile App & Web service in the International Market.
- Strong business and analytical skills with exceptional execution skills
- Self-motivated and skilled to work in a fast growing and challenging startup environment.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving ability.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by Skype, phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the organization given Targets and ensuring they are met.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills is mandatory.
