Role & responsibility would be;

· Service existing accounts ,develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing basic technical info & explanations as required

· Pitching Potential Clients by studying their Business and customising solutions accordingly.

· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers whilst updating a log of customer interactions, outcomes and follow up required

· Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management & productivity, maintaining a workspace that is clean, organized and professional

· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call/sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

· An excellent communicator and so should have great communication skills to work in a close manner.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, and trends.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Relationship Management skills.
