Business Development Executive
Uberlyfe is looking for a Business development executive.
If you are easy to talk to person with a go-getter attitude, have exceptional convincing/sales skills and love to assist people on closing purchase decisions, then we will like to meet you and explore the possibility of having you join our team.
Day to day responsibility:-- Reach out to prospective leads and close the deals with them.
- Ensure follow-ups with customers with respect to their orders placed and update them regularly.
- Manage customer grievances or concerns.
- Coordinate with the logistics team when needed to ensure timely delivery of the orders.
- Manage chatbots on the website.
- Maintain a daily log of activities.
Skills Required:- - Super strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Driven by customer satisfaction. We expect our CSR to follow our policy of 'Customer First' to the T.
- Patient, kind, polite, professional and when needed firm, when dealing with customers.
- Disciplined, punctual and with exceptional skills in closing the loop.
- Result-driven individual with persuasive skills.
- Intermediate skills with MS Office is required.
Non-negotiable requirements:-- Access to strong internet and a desktop/laptop
- Cellular network coverage in your work area
- A quiet work area with no background noise
- Currently living in Bangalore or Delhi-NCR and willing to travel to office twice a month.
Benefits and Compensation:-
Compensation: INR 18000 + per month during probation.
Probation period: 4 months. Incentives additional
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.
Location: Mostly a work-from-home opportunity with occasional meetings at the Office.
