Job Description
For B2B Role:
• Partner with various preschools, afterschool & schools across India to
conduct 21st Century Skills workshops.
• Counsel parents about the benefits of the 21st Century Skills course for
their children of age 4-16 years.
• Solve parent's doubts and concerns.
• Plan sessions & schedule batches with in-house trainers.
• Handle queries from Schools & After Schools for conducting workshops.
• Complete transactions and or schedule follow-up conversations with
prospective clients.
For B2C Role:
• Familiarizing yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to
accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Calling potential customers and pitching Kaizen Classes.
• Counselling parents on the importance of 21st Century Skills for
children.
• Scheduling demo classes for potential customers with Kaizen’s teaching
faculty.
