Role and Responsibility:-
1. Acquire FRANCHISE Partners in the assigned State
2. Business Structuring & Financial Planning
3. New FRANCHISE acquisition through Corporate tie-ups and Business Development from new and existing prospect through cold calling, followed by client meetings
4. Development of proposals, agreements, and pitches for prospective FRANCHISE with the help of Seekruit
5. Personal visits to prospects involving presentations of the company and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
6. Keep regular interaction with key prospects for better extraction and expansion
7. Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location, and work profile
8. Brand Advisory services in improving Seekruit in the market
9. Manage the on-boarding process of FRANCHISE in order to ensure a seamless transition to the day-to-day activity.
