Basic Qualifications Criteria:
01. Any Diploma, Bachelors Degree (Management Field preferred) : Ex. (B.Com, BBA, BMC&J etc....)

Roles & Responsibilities.
- 1) Reading tenders documents and doing analysis reports of the all kinds of tenders and present to management.
- 2) Preparations of Tender bidding documents and participation of tender bidding process.
- 3) Visiting the different clients for company introduction across the all parts of India.
- 4) Participations in the Pre-Bid meetings across the India.
- 5) Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- 6) Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- 7) Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- 8) Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- 9) Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- 10) Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- 11) Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- 12) Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- 13) Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- 14) Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- 15) Drafting proposals, company's presentations with respect to individual sectors.
- 16) Follow-up on Work orders, payments and completion Certificates.
- 17) Arrangements of Performance guarantees and EMDs .
- 18) Scheduling Meetings with the prospective clients.
- 19) Connecting clients via social media groups.
