· Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
· Involve in all aspects of Deals starting from arranging lead, doing meetings, followups, performing site visits to Deal closure
· Relationship management responsibility for all assigned clients and projects :
n Responsible to obtain all data required to procure work for assigned clients
n Ensure that all related works information reaches to them
n Fortnightly calls or meetings with all assigned clients
n Responsible for all site visits and Deals closure
n Follow up with other colleagues for work closures of your assigned clients
· Providing management with feedback
· Provide Daily status of tasks and next day schedule through message and mail to management
· Provide weekly update in presentation form
· Create and perform data analytics on creating clients databases to ensure maximum result oriented approach
· Come up with new ideas and ways to improve to increase business efficiency
· Active presence on Linkedin and other professional networks related to Infra and Energy
· Identifying new market sectors, and developing strategies to penetrate those markets
· Developing and managing relationships with clients and industry including competitors, consultants, key subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the company is positioned as a partner of choice and fully informed of upcoming projects
· Participating in the development and preparation of strategic and business plans
· Focused on achieving/exceeding daily/weekly targets.
Basic Requirements :
· Should be a graduate with excellent communication skills in English. Should have an analytical bent of mind.
· Experience : 0-3 years
· Should enjoy the sales process and love engaging with customers and helping them.
· Willing To travel across India
