Position: Business Development Executive

Role and Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive at Lorien Finance, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture partnerships with study abroad consultants. You will play a crucial role in generating leads for study abroad education loans by collaborating closely with consultants and creating a robust referral network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach study abroad consultants within the designated territory to explore partnership opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with study abroad consultants, fostering trust and understanding of our services.
• Educate consultants about the benefits of our study abroad education loan products and how they can assist their students.
• Act as the main point of contact for consultants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing necessary information.
• Regularly visit consultant offices and attend networking events to strengthen partnerships and gather market insights.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, agreements, and progress with consultants.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth process for loan application and disbursement for referred students.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for generating loan leads and partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with consultants and internal teams.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle and driver's license for travel within the designated territory.
• Familiarity with study abroad processes and education loans is advantageous.
• Result-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
