Business Development Executive
Job Summary
- Ratna Sagar Pvt. Ltd is looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to be apart of our Business Development department to help us expand our clientele.
- Candidate will be responsible for liasoning, developing, and launching new products for the company.
Primary responsibilities
Sales
- Contributes to revenue generation at the center by driving sales through outbound and retail channel.
- Continuously identify potential clients through market research and build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential sales opportunities to an enterprise company.
- Proactively up-selling and cross-selling products.
- Responsible for conversions from data collected from seminars, help desk and events.
- Marketing activities encompassing ATL, BTL & promotion campaigns with maximum ROI.
- Ensure conversion by being a single point of interface with all customers (Outbound and Retail).
- Fix appointments & conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions
Branding and PR
- Identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with both business and technical executives and managers.
- Web Analytics - SEO, web metrics and analytics
- Experience in Email Campaigning, social media campaigns
- Managing online brand identity
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Preferably an NCR candidate.
- 0-5 years of direct and B2B education/publishing sales role.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Excellent business writing skills is a must.
- Ability to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks, honor rules of engagement and follow policies, processes, and procedures.
- Willing to work in additional hours based on business needs.
- Must have own vehicle -Travel is a constant requisite.
