Job Description

Basic Job Responsibility

As a Business Development Executive, your mission will be to assist the Sales & Marketing team in identification of new business & generate revenue from new customer acquisition and develop sales pipeline. You will autonomously build and manage a sales pipeline working towards specific goals.

KRAs
  • The Business Development Executive is primarily responsible for developing relationships with new customer
  • Generating qualified leads for various services of SourceFuse Technologies with a target geography
  • Use Outbound Lead Generation tools such as Calls and Email Marketing to hunt for new business
  • Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose solutions that help clients meet their business objectives
  • Formulate Account & Sales strategies in collaboration with the Pre-sales and Marketing team
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM System
  • Achieve Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly target commitments
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns

Education
  • MBA or equivalent relevant business experience

Skills & Abilities
  • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation
  • Experience in AWS/Azure cloud sales
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with overseas clients
