Job Summary
You will be a part of our corporate leasing team under commercial real estate vertical. This team is responsible for leasing out office spaces, high street shopping, malls and local shopping centres. We are primarily targeting MNCs and Retail brands to acquire mandates and help fulfil their real estate requirements across NCR. This is a B2B oriented sales role with major focus on tapping leasing demand in our segment.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
2. Client acquisition by researching on and reaching out to potential clients through online as well as offline avenues.
3. Communicate & collaborate with leadership and middle management across different segments.
4. Maintain healthy relationships with prospective tenants and liaison with them on a daily basis.
5. Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve the assigned sales targets.
6. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Required Experience and Qualifications
1. You have a basic understanding of commercial, retail and office markets along with major concepts and jargon.
2. You have sufficient knowledge of Delhi, Noida & Gurgaon micro-markets.
3. You have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience within a Business Development (B2B) role, ideally within a startup environment.
4. You are comfortable working with Real Estate Developers/ Builders/Contractors directly and have amazing negotiation skills.
5. You have a data driven approach towards meeting the demand and supply with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
6. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
