Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and generate leads for potential business opportunities, with a primary focus on corporate clients.
2. Corporate Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners, fostering collaboration and identifying areas for mutually beneficial engagement.
3. CSR Initiatives: Lead the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility initiatives, aligning with company values and objectives.
4. Approach Companies: Proactively approach companies to explore potential hiring opportunities, presenting our services and solutions in a compelling manner.
5. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our corporate network and promote our services.
6. Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching corporate clients and achieving business development goals.
8. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, corporate relations efforts, and CSR initiatives, including tracking key metrics and outcomes.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve business development strategies and approaches.
